About Me

 Having always been an avid reader and book collector, I was lucky enough to start learning Bookbinding in 2009. I enrolled in evening classes at a local Bindery and started learning how to mend my huge collection of poorly books .

My training continued when I became a full-time binder at Ludlow Bookbinders where I was taught by Master Bookbinder Brian Settle and where I continued to work as a Trade Binder after his retirement.

In 2016 I started Briar Rose Books where I am committed to making beautiful books and rescuing those in need one page at a time!
