Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
I aim to process orders within 1-2 days.
All UK books will be sent using a Royal Mail 1st Class Signed service.
International postage will be via International Tracked and Signed for services.
All books are checked before postage and packaged securely to limit the chances of damage whilst in transit.

If a book is a present feel free to send me a message when you order and I'll be happy to wrap the book before packaging it.
Return Policy
Custom made and personalised books will only qualify for a refund if an error has occurred on my part or arrives damaged. Please ensure you check all personalisation details you give me carefully as refunds will not be given for supplying incorrect details.

Refunds are accepted on all non-customised books provided they are in the same condition as when they were sent and I am notified within 14 days of purchase.
Return postage will be paid by the customer unless a book has arrived damaged.
All returns must be returned to Briar Rose Books within 14 days of notification of a refund request.
